Kotara Extension 2022
A structural rear extension that showcases a beautiful new kitchen featuring a unique granite stone, living and dining area with a large tiled deck amongst the tree tops.
Internal load bearing walls were removed to ensure open plan living. Re-pitching the roof and conversion from tiles to corrugated iron presented many challenges with unpredictable weather on a daily basis and existing habitable spaces exposed to the elements. Completion forecast late 2022 ready for Christmas.
